📦 Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original, sellable condition.

  • Items that are opened, used, or not in original condition may incur up to a 50% restocking fee.

  • Holiday return exceptions may apply.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products past 30 days from delivery

  • Damaged items due to misuse

  • Items missing original packaging

  • Any product marked as final sale

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after approval

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

If your return is declined, we will notify you by email.

Packages returned due to:

  • Insufficient address

  • Delivery refusal

  • Unclaimed packages
